Tampa Maternity Photographer | What to wear to your beach Maternity photo shoot

When preparing for your maternity photo shoot, it can be very hard when trying to coordinate the entire family. My goal is to take a little of the stress off of you when you're preparing for your maternity photo shoot with me.

I believe that being relaxed and prepared are probably the two biggest pieces of advice that I could give you as your Photographer. You want this to be a one of a kind, dress free experience. For that reason, I offer my clients access to my client closet. Being pregnant, you'll have full access to my client closet. That means that you will be able to come to view, and try on all the designed gowns that I have available in studio.

When thinking of what to wear, it's always best to choose a color palette instead of trying to match everyone exactly.

Color variation is always going to depend on your family and what location you're choosing. If you are looking to do a beach session, you're better off staying away from white colors because they can help you blend in to the surroundings.

I was always very against black until the client below came along and turned me into a believer, haha

I always try to do things like peach, tan, beige, pinks, light blue, and grey.

When placing your family together you want shirts and short to coordinate with each other. For example, if child #1 has on a white shirt and light blue shorts then child#2 would look best in something like white shorts and a peach shirt. Variation is great and also it gives you the chance to add in different colors and jewelry to spice up your look!
