We do require a non refundable retainer fee to secure your session.
This fee secures the time and talent of the team on your special day.
Sessions are held on weekdays between the hours of 11am-2pm in Plant City Florida (25 min away from downtown Tampa)

When to book your maternity photo shoot?
I highly recommend booking at the very beginning of your second trimester as I book up months in advance and you'll want to have your maternity portrait shoot scheduled between 29-34 weeks. Our maternity photoshoots are fully custom so the sky is the limit.

We offer both in studio maternity photo packages for those Mamas who are hoping to stay out of the heat and humidity or outdoor photos like beach maternity photo shoots as well!
I do have a client closet filled with designer gowns that are available for you to use during our time together. Since maternity gowns can get quite expensive, I love being able to take some of the burden off of our clients and allow them to truly relax and enjoy this time!
Once we get you booked, we plan out the perfect studio portrait experience for you and cover everything we will need to before your big day.
If you want to truly be pampered, we do have a team of stylists that you can have hair and makeup done with!

Maternity Gowns & Styling
Pregnancy photos are best when booked between 28-33 weeks. We do recommend that you reach out and schedule at least 2 months in advance due to us filling up quickly. My goal is to create the most stress-free maternity session by providing designer gowns, planning out the details of your session, and guiding you through the entire booking process.
We do provide a client closet filled with designer gowns for all of our clients. It's so important for us to take the stress out of the process for you and finding a dress can some times be very stressful and expensive. We will also help guide you to make sure that your partner and children all have a cohesive style for your photos.
Our dresses fit women of all sizes!
The Studio Process
Once we get you booked, the planning begins! This is where we will come up with a plan for the photo shoot. You'll come in for your session, pick out gowns, and have an incredible photo shoot.
Posing is something that can make or break a session so I fully believe in not only telling you how to pose but showing you.
After the session, I will send you the unedited proofing gallery to select the images you love. From there, I will edit your beautiful images! This process is usually about 14 business days.

Rachel services Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete, Lakeland, Wesley Chapel, Orlando, Land O' Lakes, Orlando, and nearby areas in central Florida. She does travel to local Florida beaches like Siesta key, Clearwater, and St. Pete beaches for maternity photo shoots.
We offer both in-studio maternity photography sessions for those Mamas who are hoping to stay out of the heat and humidity or local Florida park, and beaches in St. Pete and Sarasota for outdoor sessions as well!
